NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given to all persons interested or who may be affected by R & K Watson & C & C Carroll PTR, a for-profit partnership incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The partnership is now engaged in the process of dissolving so that its articles of incorporation will be cancelled by the issuance of a dissolution by the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law of 1988, as amended.
