NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Glenfield Borough Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on February 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at 315 Dawson Avenue Sewickley, PA 15143, for the purpose of conducting an advisory review of a conditional use application submitted by Steel City Landscape, Inc. for property located at 240 and 246 East Beaver Street, Sewickley, PA 15143, as provided in the Borough Zoning Ordinance. The Planning Commission will review the application and may make a written recommendation to Borough Council. Borough Council will conduct the required conditional use hearing and render the final decision. The meeting is open to the public. 02/22/2026
