NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING Notice is hereby given that Glenfield Borough Council will conduct a public hearing on March 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., at 315 Dawson Avenue, Sewickley, PA 15143, concerning a conditional use application filed by Steel City Landscape, Inc. for operation of a landscaping business on property located at 240 and 246 East Beaver Street, Sewickley, PA 15143, pursuant to the Borough Zoning Ordinance and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
