REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Borough of State College will receive sealed proposals at the office of the Borough Manager by Friday, March 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM for the following item: Consulting Services to perform a Multimodal Transportation Center Study The Request for Proposal document may be obtained at the office of the Borough Purchasing Manager, 243 South Allen Street, State College, Pennsylvania or by request via email at purchasing@statecollegepa.us. All proposal responses must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside, PROPOSAL FOR MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER STUDY, addressed to the Borough Manager, Thomas J. Fountaine, II, 243 South Allen Street, State College, PA 16801 and be in his possession prior to 4:00 PM on Friday March 27, 2026. Following review of the proposals, the Borough will select the professional it deems most qualified to provide the consulting services for this project. The Borough reserves the right to request an interview prior to the selection of the individual or firm. The award will be made by the State College Borough Council at a Council meeting open to the public to the responsible individual or firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the project. The Borough Council may accept or reject any or all proposals or hold all proposals for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of proposal opening prior to deciding.
