PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 23, 2026 at 7:00 P.M, the Zoning Hearing Board of West Goshen Township will conduct public hearings at the Township Administration Building, 1025 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 on the following applications: Application of Nova Group Properties, LLC for the property located at 750 E. Marshall Street, Unit 108, West Chester owned by the Applicant (the “Property”). The Property is located in the R-4 Residential Zoning District and is identified as Tax Parcel No. 52-5A-207. The Property consists of a 1,454 square foot multifamily residential dwelling unit. The Applicant is seeking a special exception to permit the Property to be used as a Student Home pursuant to Sections 84-15.E(7) and 84-57.l9 of the West Goshen Township Zoning Ordinance. Application of Sutton Walsh LLC and the Goalie Trainer (the “Applicants”) for the property located at 900 Airport Road, Unit 6, West Chester. The Property is located in the I-1 Zoning District and is identified as Tax Parcel No. 52-3-457. The Property consists of 5.13 acres improved with a 36,474 square foot commercial building divided into 9 condominium units. The Applicants propose to use unit 6 of the condominium, consisting of 9,826 square feet of the building, for the Goalie Trainer use that provides instruction for field hockey goal keepers. The Applicants are requesting a variance from Section 84-55.I(2) of the Zoning Ordinance which requires 50 parking spaces for the proposed use based on the square footage of the unit and where there is only a single dedicated parking space for the unit and 58 shared off-street parking spaces.
