PUBLIC NOTICE / LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Thornbury Township Chester County Notice is hereby provided that the Thornbury Township Board of Supervisors will hold TWO (2) Conditional Use Hearing(s) to consider the Conditional Use applications of Cheyney University. Public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM at 800 E Street Road, West Chester, PA 19382. The FIRST Conditional use Application proposes to replace the former running track/field with newly constructed running track/field, and the SECOND Conditional use Application proposes to replace former Cope Hall Athletic Center with newly constructed Athletic Complex on property located at 1837 University Circle (Parcel #: 66-2-35-1E). These applications will be available for public inspection at the Township Building from February 19, 2026, through March 03, 2026, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM.
