WESTTOWN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Westtown Township will hold a special public meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 commencing at 6:45 P.M. at the Stokes Assembly Hall at the Westtown Township Municipal Building, 1039 Wilmington Pike, this Township. The purpose of the meeting is to act upon the Application of Flagship Pennsylvania Propco, LLC (“Applicant”), for a special exception and associated variances and such other approval(s) as may be required to redevelop a vacant building into a retail car wash. The property that is subject of the Application is 1535 West Chester Pike, West Chester, Pennsylvania, being UPI No. 67-2-45 (“Property”), which is located in the C-1 Neighborhood and Highway Commercial District. Applicant is the equitable owner of the Property and seeks a special exception, under sections 170-1101.B.(5) and 170-2108.D of the Westtown Township Zoning Ordinance, to operate a car wash. Applicant further seeks confirmation of existing relief granted pursuant to a prior zoning decision related to the Property, including acknowledgement of existing dimensional lawful nonconformities, and/or the following associated variances. Applicant seeks variances from sections 170-1102.A to 170-1102.G; 170-1508.A; 170-1509.B; 170-1510.B.(2); 170-1513.A; 170-1513.B; 170-1702.A; 1710-1703.A(3) & (5); 170-1705.G; and 170-1710.E. All persons interested may be present, but no testimony will be accepted. No other business will be conducted at this meeting.
