NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of West Chester, Pennsylvania has scheduled a Meeting at 6 :00pm on February 23rd, 2026. The purpose of this meeting is to hear the following appeal. Appeal #1038 Applicant: Thomas and Sarah Kropp Site Address: 515 Spring Grove Lane Zoning District: Neighborhood Conservation District 1/NC-1 District Parcel #: 1-11-134.1 The Applicant, Thomas and Sarah Kropp, are requesting variance relief from Subsection 112-306.B – (Impervious Coverage) of the West Chester Zoning Ordinance that requires a maximum impervious coverage on a lot 12,000 Sq Ft to 20,000 Sq Ft of 35%. The Applicant seeks a variance to allow an impervious coverage of 41%. Subsection 112-810.E(1)- (Nonconforming Lots) to permit the expansion of a conforming building on a nonconforming lot where the proposed addition exceeds the impervious coverage limits of the NC-1 District. In addition, the Zoning Hearing Board will hear such other relief deemed necessary per the application. The application is available for public review at the Department of Building Housing and Code Enforcement at 401 E. Gay Street, West Chester, Pennsylvania or online at www.west-chester.com. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at this Public Meeting.
