Conditional Use Hearing, VV Richland, LLC. The applicant is seeking a Conditional Use for an E19 Automotive Repair Establishment (AAMCO Transmission & Total Car Care) to be included within the existing G17 Flex Building Use from Chapter 27-404 E19, 602 & 1109 of the Zoning Ordinance. The subject property is located at 751 S West End Boulevard, TMP No. 36-017-023.
