SCHWENKSVILLE BOROUGH AUTHORITY LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, that Schwenksville Borough Authority shall hold a virtual special meeting by audio and video conferencing to discuss, present and pass an agreement with Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. to wheel water through the Authority System for the portion of the Landis Tract in Aqua's Landis Tract Service Area and for whatever other business becomes before it, on March 9, 2026 at 5:00p.m., at Benner Hall, 1206 E. Cherry Road, Quakertown, Pennsylvania 18951. All interested parties are invited to attend this hearing.

The public is invited to log on or phone in to the virtual meeting. Public comment will be taken by email during and before the meeting, by phone during the meeting, or as part of the video conferencing. Details on how to phone in to the meeting or log in to the video conference are posted on the Schwenksville Borough Authority website at https://sbawspa.org. All interested
