LEGAL NOTICE
The Richland Township Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Richland Township Municipal Building, 1328 California Road, Quakertown, PA, to hear the following:
Conditional Use Hearing, Northfield Business Campus, LLC. The applicant is seeking a Conditional Use from 27-405H.(7)(e)1; of the zoning ordinance to allow for an outdoor storage area larger than 50% of building coverage but less than 50% of lot area. The H7 outside storage is to support the operations of Klover Contracting which is currently developing a G17 Flex Building on Lot 3. The subject property is located at 1131 Richland Commerce Drive Tax Map Parcels, Lot 3 36-029-019-03A and Lot 8 36-029-019-03D in the Northfield Business Campus.
