LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Pikeland Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on February 25, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Township Building, 1158 Rapps Dam Road, Phoenixville PA, to consider Appeal 2026-03: Application of Greg and Lori Corner, requesting a Special Exception from section 1610 of East Pikeland Zoning Ordinance of 2002, as amended, or any other relief deemed necessary regarding the renovation of a historic property. The existing property is located at 1126 Rapps Dam Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460, identified as tax parcel 26-3-105 located in the R-4, Residential Zoning District. This application is available for in-person review at the Township Building during normal business hours.
