BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP MEETING
FIVE-YEAR OPERATIONAL AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors will hold a public workshop meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 6:00pm in the township administration building, 1286 Black Rock Road, Phoenixville, PA. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss, review and affirm the Board's 2026 policy goals, focusing on the development of a five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) that identifies all known and approved projects and funding sources. The Board will also discuss five-year operational budget needs, potential economic developments, and strategies to offset revenue declines and discuss opportunities for regionalized service delivery. As the workshop is for information purposes only and the Board will be taking no action, there will be no public comment.
