Notice of Hearing Notice is hereby given that a zoning hearing will be held by the Paradise Township Zoning Hearing Board on May 14, 2026 commencing at 7:00 PM at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 82 Beaver Creek Road, Abbottstown, Pa. when and where all interested person may appear and be heard regarding the following: Zoning Hearing Application No. 2026-01, Rezoning Application by WALTERS RICHARD D II & AUDREY E, 354 Beaver Creek Road, East Berlin PA 17316 and identified as Parcel # 42-000-HD-0024.00-00000, Pine Road Abbottstown, Pa. 17301. The applicant is requesting relief via a dimensional variance. Examination of the above application may be made at the Paradise Township Building during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to noon and 1:00 to 3:00 PM.
