The proposed use is the installation of an off-premises sign/billboard to be located in the C-1 zoning district at 4160-4166 Library Road. The Borough Council will hold a hearing on April 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm and the Planning Commission hearing will be held on April 20, 2026, at 7:00 pm. Both hearings will take place at the Castle Shannon Municipal Center, 3310 McRoberts Road, Castle Shannon, PA 15234. The hearings will be open to the public and comments related to the proposed conditional use are welcomed. Comments may also be submitted in writing by no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the hearings.
