PUBLIC NOTICE FOR MUNICIPAL WASTE PERMIT RENEWAL  JG Environmental LLC (JGE) is pleased to notify you of their intent to submit a renewal application to the PA Department of Environmental Protection (Department) for Municipal Waste Permit No. 101712 at the following location: JG Environmental, LLC, 776 Flory Mill Road, Lancaster, PA 17601. JGE's operation consists of the solidification, transfer, and storage of non-hazardous liquid, semi-liquid, and solid waste.   In accordance with 25 PA Code, Section 271.141 public may submit comments to the Department within 60 days of receipt of the renewal application recommending conditions upon, revisions to, and approval or disapproval of the permit renewal application, with specific reason described in the comments.
