The Penndel Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. at the Borough Building, 300 Bellevue Avenue, Penndel, PA, to consider the following application: 2026-04, filed by Marie and Timothy Morsa-Jaster for property located at 410 Bellevue Avenue in a residential district. The Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 405-28.1.A(3) to allow a fence of 4.5 feet whereas 4 feet is permitted and 405-28.1.C(4) to allow a fence to be located 7 feet from the physical cartway whereas 15 feet is required.
