The Penndel Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. at the Borough Building, 300 Bellevue Avenue, Penndel, PA, to consider the following application: 2026-03, filed by Kline Design Inc. for property located at 145 Lincoln Avenue, in the RC Retail Commercial Zoning District and the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Overlay District. The Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 405-18, Use 55: Manufacturing, to permit manufacturing with accessory storage on the property for a custom furniture business.
