HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Rockhill Township will hold a hearing on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Tylersport Fire House, 125 Ridge Road, Tylersport, Pennsylvania, to hear the following application: 
Energy Mountain LLC dba Heritage Meadow, which requests a special exception pursuant to Section 450-501.C(2) of the West Rockhill Township Zoning Ordinance to permit an F1 Utility known as a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on the property. The subject property is located at 25 Branch Road and Branch Road (Tax Parcel Nos. 52-10-117-1 and 52-10-122), is approximately 21.5 acres, improved with a house and outbuildings and is located in the RA Residential Agriculture Zoning District of the Township.  
The Board will consider any other business that comes before it in due course.  All interested parties may attend this hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Persons with disabilities who wish to attend the hearing and require auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the hearing should contact West Rockhill Township at 215-257-9063.
