Public Hearing NoticeNotice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Youngwood shall hold a public meeting and hearing onTUESDAY,April 14, 2026 at6:00 p.m. at the Borough Building located at 17 South 6th St., Youngwood, Pennsylvania, for General Business and to consider a request for a variance from the Boroughs Zoning Ordinance, as follows: the application of Edward Christofano with Christofano Real Estate Management for property located at 301 N. 3rd Street, Youngwood, Pennsylvania, having Tax Map Number 41-01-12-0-154 being zoned Town Center (TC): 1. Request for Variance from Section 125-505 regarding 24-foot minimum building height to construct a building with a height of 16-feet; request for variance from Section 125-506 establishing the build to line from the primary street to be 12 feet and 8 feet to allow for the construction of a building less than the build-to line of 12 feet and 8 feet; request for variance from Section 125-507 establishing the 40 foot parking setback to allow six existing, non-compliant parking stalls established under the prior ordinance to remain; and request for variance from Section 125-509 regarding street tree placement requirements to permit landscaping established pursuant to the prior ordinance to remain and to plant additional trees along either property frontage.
