You will please take notice that the above captioned action was filed in the office of the Clerk of Court for Kershaw County on March 20, 2026, in order to obtain the relief set forth in the Complaint in this action to quiet title. If the Defendants fail to answer the Complaint within the time mentioned in the Summons, the Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for a judgment by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
