ALL this certain piece, parcel or lot of land, and any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of North Charleston, County of Charleston, State of South Carolina, known as LOT 192, shown and designated on survey entitled, "FINAL PLAT SHOWING THE SUBDIVISION OF TRACT C, TMS #484-00-00-007, TO FORM LOTS 1-134 & 150-247, TRACT B2 & TRACT C RESIDUAL - COLONY NORTH - PHASE IV, PROPERTY OF MALPHRUS DEVELOPMENT, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF NORTH CHARLESTON, CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC," prepared by Joseph O. Eelman, SCRLS No. 16492-B, Horner, Eelman & Gearhart, LLC, dated January 22, 2007, and recorded in Plat Book EK at Page 544, Office of the RMC for Charleston County. SAID lot having such size, shape, dimensions, buttings and boundings as will be reference to said plat more fully appear.
This being the same property conveyed to Christan A. Rainey by deed of Hunter Quinn Homes, LLC dated April 9, 2015 and recorded April 20, 2015 in Book 0470, Page 556 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Charleston County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the plaintiff, will deposit with the Master, at conclusion of the bidding, five per cent (5%) of his bid, in certified funds, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to purchase price if compliance is made, but in the event compliance is not made, the deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs of the action and then to plaintiff's debt. Should the successful bidder at the regularly conducted sale fail or refuse to make the required deposit at time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within thirty (30) days, then the Master may re-sell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day, but at the risk of the defaulting bidder(s)
