Public Hearing — 1930 University Parkway, Aiken, SC

There will be public hearing at the regular meeting of County Council on Tuesday, June 2,, 2026 at 7:00 pm, in the County Council Chambers, Third Floor, Aiken County Government Center, 1930 University Parkway, Aiken, SC 29801 concerning the following matter:
 
1.           Ordinance to Establish Operating, Capital and Debt Service 
                Budgets for Aiken County, South Carolina for the Fiscal Year
                July 1, 2026 Through June 30, 2027; to Provide for the Levy 
                of Taxes for County Operations, Capital and Debt Service; to
                Provide for the Addition or Modification of Fees for Certain
                Services and Operations; to Provide for All Other Estimated
                Revenues and for the Appropriation Thereof; and to Provide
                for Other Matters Related Thereto.
 
2.           Ordinance to Amend Chapter 16 Parks and Recreation,
                Section 2 Rules and Regulations of the Aiken County Code
                of Ordinances.
 
Members of the Public who attend the Council Meeting need to use the rear entrance of the building. Individuals needing special assistance or sign interpreter to participate in the meeting, please notify the County Council Office at (803) 642-1690 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
