ORDINANCE 28-2026 TO RAISE REVENUE, MAKE APPROPRIATIONS AND ADOPT A BUDGET FOR HORRY COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2027.
