NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENEWABLE WATER RESOURCES
AMENDMENT OF NEW ACCOUNT FEE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to
Section 6-1-330 and 6-1-1080 of the
Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976,
as amended, that a public hearing will be
held before the Board of
Commissioners, the governing body of
Renewable Water Resources (“ReWa”),
at 2:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as
time permits) on Tuesday, the 26th day
of May 2026. The hearing will be held at
the Brushy Creek Pump House located
at 562 Mauldin Road, Greenville, South
Carolina.
The purpose of the public hearing is to
receive public comments regarding the
proposed amendment of the New
Account Fee. All persons who attend the
public hearing will be given an
opportunity to speak. The proposed fees
can be found on ReWa's website,
www.rewaonline.org.
ReWa operates on a user charge
system; therefore no ad valorem taxes
are levied to fund ReWa operations.
