PURSUANT TO ACT 1739 OF THE ACTS AND JOINT 
RESOLUTIONS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA 
REGULAR SESSION OF 1973, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 2026 AT 9:15 A.M. AT THE BROAD CREEK PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT OFFICE LOCATED AT 3 MARINA SIDE DRIVE, HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SOUTH CAROLINA 29928.  THE DISTRICT INTENDS TO ADOPT AN UPDATED SCHEDULE OF WATER AND SEWER RATES AND FEES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026.  EACH AFFECTED PROPERTY OWNER SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO APPEAR AND MAKE A STATEMENT AT SAID HEARING.
