PUBLIC NOTICE
 Charleston County hereby gives notice that the draft 2026–2030 Consolidated Plan, draft Program Year 2026 Annual Action Plan, and draft Citizen Participation Plan will be available for public review and comment for a period of thirty (30) days beginning May 10, 2026, and ending June 11, 2026. These draft documents describe the County's priority housing, homelessness, community development, and supportive service needs, its proposed use of HUD funding, and its process for public participation. The draft documents may be reviewed online at https://www.charlestoncounty.gov/departments/community-development/urban-entitlement-program.php. Written comments may be submitted during the comment period to CommunityDev@CharlestonCounty.org. A public hearing to receive comments on the draft plans will be held on June 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in Charleston County Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Lonnie Hamilton, III Public Services Building, 4045 Bridge View Drive, North Charleston, SC 29405. All interested persons are encouraged to review the draft documents and submit comments. The draft documents will be made available in a form accessible to persons with disabilities upon request, and accommodations for the public hearing will be provided upon request.
