THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF PORT ROYAL WILL CONDUCT A REGULAR MEETING IN THE PORT ROYAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS TRAINING ROOM (1748 PARIS AVE) ON TUESDAY MAY 26, 2026, AT 5:00 PM TO CONSIDER:

 Rezoning Request. Rezone 0.37 acres at 1105 16th Street. The current zoning is T5 Main Street. The requested zoning is T4 Urban Center. The applicant is Corey Post.

 Text Amendment. Amend Section 4.1.20 (Applicability) of the Port Royal Code to provide standards for Unlisted Use Categories and Uses.
