The vehicles described below have been
impounded due to abandonment, accident
involvement, or arrested subject. In com-
pliance with VTCS-5429b-2 Article V, this
notice is to apprise the registered owners
or lienholder of their right to reclaim the
vehicles and consent to the sale of the
abandon motor vehicles at public auction.
If the vehicle is not claimed 30 days after
the date this notice is published, LW's
Towing has the right to dispose of the
vehicle. Additionally, failure to claim the
vehicle is a waiver of all right, title, or
interest in the vehicle and personal prop-
erty and a consent to sell the vehicle at
