Pursuant to Chapter 59 TX Property Code, Central Self Storage will hold a public auction to satisfy a landlord’s lien.  Sale to be held at 2802 W. FM 544, Wylie, TX 75098 on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 10:30 am.  Cleanup deposit is required.  Seller reserves the right to withdraw the property at any time before the sale. Unit items are sold as-is to highest bidder.  Property includes the contents of spaces of the following tenants: Larry S. Brannon, 11’ utility trailer, Ariens American riding mower, Weed Eater push mower; Katharine P. Morton, 10 x 20 unit full of furniture, household items; Katharine P.
