SOLICITATION FOR CONTRACTORSDIRECT PURCHASE OF SERVICES – FISCALYEAR 2027The Area Agency on Aging of the Lower Rio Grande Valley (AAA) is designatedby the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) as the focal point for servicesto individuals age 60 and older within the AAA's region. The AAA administersservices funded by the Older Americans Act (OAA), with emphasis placed onfrail, rural, low-income, minority, and limited English-speaking individuals. TheAAA purchases various short-term services for eligible clients.
