LEGAL NOTICE EBCO General Contractor, as Construction Manager at Risk for Milam County ESD #1, will receive bids for construction subcontracts for the Milam County ESD #1 Station #1 project until May 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM.  All bids received after this time will not be accepted.  Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and include with them the appropriate bid packages and proposal forms.  All bid packages, electronic drawings and specifications are available via login at ISQFT, at plan rooms listed below or by email request to estimating@ebcogc.com. EBCO General Contractor reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to advertise for new proposals, or proceed to do the work by other means, when in the best interest of Milam County ESD #1  and EBCO General Contractor. No bidder may withdraw its Proposal within thirty (30) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids will be received by email at estimating@ebcogc.com or mailed or delivered to EBCO General Contractor at 804 E. 1st Street, Cameron, Texas 76520 until the date and time shown above.
