Navigation and Improvement District, Atten-
tion: William F. Scott, President, Board of
Directors, c/o Aniruddha Dutta, P.E. will be
received online at www.CivcastUSA.com
until 02:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, June 04,
2026, and then opened and read for “Cedar
Port Parkway Tract 3C/D for Cedar Port
Navigation and Improvement District” via
conference at 03:30 p.m. CST, Chambers
County, Texas. More information regarding
the electronic bid submittal can be found at
www.CivcastUSA.com. Cedar Port Naviga-
tion and Improvement District will accept
only electronic bids. Bids received after the
closing time will not be accepted.
Scope of Work for the Contract includes the
construction of Cedar Port Pkwy. approxi-
