PUBLIC NOTICE Workforce Solutions Texoma is soliciting proposals from qualified entities for management and operation of One-Stop Centers/Programs and Child Care Services in Cooke, Fannin and Grayson counties. Proposal specifications may be obtained at: https://www. workforcesolutionstexoma.com/one-stop-rfp/, or you may e-mail julie.baula@wfstexoma.org to receive a digital copy. Responses are due by 4:00 p.m. June 1, 2026. Workforce Solutions Texoma reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with all qualified proposers, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this RFP, if it is in the best interest of Workforce Solutions Texoma.
