INVITATION TO BIDDERS
  Sealed Bids addressed to Tarrant County Bonds Ranch Public Improvement District, Board of Directors, will be received at the office of the Engineer for the District, Westwood Professional Services, 11000 Frisco Street, Suite 400, Frisco, Texas 75033, until 3:30 p.m. Local Time, Wednesday, May 13, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud for '93Estates of Eagle Mountain: Street Lights Improvements'94.
  The project scope includes installation of approximately 48 Street lights Improvements, including roadway lighting assemblies and associated electrical components.
  Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference will be held via Teams on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Local Time. Call in number is 612-268-4437, ID is 461 593 504# Attendance by each prospective bidder or its representative at the pre-bid conference is MANDATORY, and no Bid will be opened unless the bidder or representative was present at the pre-bid conference.
  Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. 
  Copies of the bidding documents may be purchased and picked up at the office of the Engineer for $100, or an electronic version may be obtained and downloaded for free by contacting a representative of the Engineer for the District: districts@westwoodps.com 
  The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding. The Owner may accept the bid of any responsible person deemed most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the project. 
ATTENTION: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, if awarded the contract, you must be able to provide Tarrant County Bonds Ranch Public Improvement District, (the '93District'94) with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) and a Verification of Compliance with Government Code Chapters 2252 and 2270 form. Failure to do so will result in the District'92s inability to execute the contract. To complete the disclosure of interested parties form, or for further information, please visit the Texas Ethics Commission'92s website at https://www.ethics.state.tx.us. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and the bidder agrees that the Contract Documents can be terminated if the bidder knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
