INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids addressed to Tarrant County Bonds Ranch Public Improvement District, Board of Directors, will be received at the office of the Engineer for the District, Westwood Professional Services, 11000 Frisco Street, Suite 400, Frisco, Texas 75033, until 3:15 p.m. Local Time, Wednesday, May 13, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud for '93Estates of Eagle Mountain: Paving Improvements'94. The project scope includes approximately 69,600 SY of paving improvements, including subgrade preparation, base, and asphalt pavement. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference will be held via Teams on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Local Time. The meeting ID 290 396 291 705 443 and the passcode is Rr9cP7wh. Failure to do so will result in the District'92s inability to execute the contract.
