NOTICE TO BIDDERSADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSWEBSTER MEADOWS PHASE 2 AND PONDER FARMS PHASE 2 UTILITIES PACKAGESSealed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to DR Horton-Texas LTD on behalf of Ponder Farms Municipal Utility District of Denton County ("Owner") via DR Horton's engineer Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034 until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026 and then publicly opened and read, for the work necessary for the Utilities of approximately 97.12 Acres in Denton County, Texas. Complete sets of Bidding Documents are available via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com starting May 4th, 2026.Certified/Cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to the Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted must accompany the bid. The amount of said cashier's check or bond will be forfeited to the Owner and the bank or surety shall be liable to the Owner for the amount in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within fifteen (15) days after the date of notice of award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted on Monday, May 18th, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.
