REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOS- ALS BALL HIGH SCHOOL SOUTH RENOVATIONS Galveston Independent School District The Galveston Independent School District (GISD) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals and Digital Proposals for various trades related to the Renovation Ball High School South until 5:00 P .M. on Friday June 5th , 2026, at the office of the Construction Man- ager as an Advisor (CMa), Coltzer Co., locat- ed at 1027 Tremont, Galveston, Texas 77550. Instruction to Bidders and Construction Docu- ments can be acquired by contacting Coltzer Company through Lidija Bikova at LBikova@WH- Coltzer.com on or before June 4th , 2026. Scopes of work to be bid at this time are limit- ed to: furnishing of all labor, materials, equip- ment, access, and services necessary for the weather barrier assembly, new brick masonry, CMU back-up walls, and concrete precast fins as shown and specified in the construction documents.
