GEUS, Greenville, Texas, is now accepting sealed proposals for:
LEE STREET SUBSTATION CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
until 3:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Proposals must be submitted through the utilized online bidding platform, Euna Procurement (formerly Ionwave), at https://geus.ionwave.net/. Bids received by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Specifications and Bid forms will also be located on the GEUS Euna Procurement website at https://geus.ionwave.net. 
It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure that the proposal has been received by the Purchasing Agent by the date and time listed above. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be considered void and unacceptable.
Until the final award of contract, GEUS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to 
re-advertise, and to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of GEUS.
The GEUS Board of Trustees will consider the proposals at their next regular scheduled meeting or as soon thereafter as may be reasonably convenient.
