LEGAL NOTICE Prosper ISD, Prosper, Texas Advertisement for Request for Proposals (RFP) The Prosper ISD is accepting statements of qualifications for Emergency Restoration Services/Emergency Services 25-APR-43-31. Specifications for this request may be obtained by registering in our electronic procurement system, Prosper ISD - ION Wave (e-bid system). Proposals will be electronically unsealed in the office of the Purchasing Director at the address below shortly after the specified delivery time. Although Prosper ISD is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically through the Ion Wave System. If the response is mailed, it must be clearly addressed to the Purchasing Department and include the bid name and number on the outside of the envelope/package. Bid/Proposal Deliveries: The Prosper ISD cannot guarantee, due to internal mail delivery procedures, that any bid/proposal sent via priority mail will be picked up b
