CONTRACTORS, LTD.
  Joeris General Contractors will be accepting competitive sealed Proposals from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the: Red Oak ISD New High School CTE until 2:00PM on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. Proposals will be accepted via Building Connected or email at bidsdfw@joeris.com. The proposal package shall demonstrate the Offeror's ability to deliver the "best value" to the Owner, in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in the RFCSP. 
  The Red Oak ISD New High School CTE will be located on the campus of Red Oak High School, 220 TX-342, Red Oak, TX 75154. The project scope includes construction of a 105,000 square foot, 2-story Career and Technical Education center, including site improvements, landscaping, roads, parking lots, and underground utilities.
  A pre-proposal conference and site walk will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 10:00 am at the project site.
  Bid documents may be obtained through Building Connected or at Joeris.com at no charge by contacting Daniel Olivares by phone at 817-204-0770 or via email at bidsdfw@joeris.com.
