  Joeris General Contractors will be accepting competitive sealed Proposals from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the: Red Oak HS Gym Addition until 2:00PM on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026. Proposals will be accepted via Building Connected or email at bidsdfw@joeris.com. The proposal package shall demonstrate the Offeror's ability to deliver the "best value" to the Owner, in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in the RFCSP. 
  The Red Oak ISD High School Addition project will be located at 220 Texas 342, Red Oak, TX 75154. This project consists of a new Storm shelter practice gym addition at Red Oak HS.
  Bid documents may be obtained through Building Connected or at Joeris.com at no charge. To make arrangements contact Daniel Olivares by phone at 817-204-0770 or via email at dolivares@joeris.com.
  A Pre-Bid Site Walk will be held at the at Red Oak High School (220 Texas 342, Red Oak, TX 75154) at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 6th, 2026. Attendance is highly recommended.
