Published 2 times in the Waxahachie Sun, Wednesday, March 4 and 11, 2026.The City of Red Oak is accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for furnishing all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence, and performing all work required for the N. Lowrance Road Reconstruction Project. The project includes the reconstruction of approximately eight thousand five hundred (8,500) square yards of roadway within the City limits with new concrete pavement. The project will also include associated water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure improvements as detailed in the Construction Plans.BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT THE COMPLETE ORIGINAL BID PACKET. Bids will be received by the City Secretary's Office at 101 Live Oak Street, Red Oak, Texas 75154 UNTIL 2:00 P.M.
