Request for Proposals Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department of the Texarkana Independent School District, 4241 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, Texas 75503 until 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, March 10 2026 for: Dental, Disability and Life Insurances The deadline is 1:30 P. M. Tuesday, March 10, 2026 for evaluation and possible award on March 31, 2026. All proposals must be sealed and mailed and/or delivered to David DeFoy, Director of Purchasing, at the above address.
