Request for Proposals Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department of the Texarkana Independent School District, 4241 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, Texas 75503 until 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, April 1, 2026 for: Dark Fiber or Lit Fiber and Networking Equipment for Wide Area Network Connectivity All proposals must be sealed and mailed and/or delivered to David DeFoy, Director of Purchasing, at the above address. Specifications may be obtained beginning Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from the Purchasing Department at the above address or https://www.txkisd.net/departments/business-services/purchasing/request-for-proposals. Interested vendors may call (903) 794-3651 ext. 1028 for additional information. Proposals must conform to specifications and will not be returned.
