Request for Proposals

Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department of the Texarkana Independent School District, 4241 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, Texas 75503 until 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, April 1, 2026 for: 

Dark Fiber or Lit Fiber and Networking Equipment for Wide Area Network Connectivity

All proposals must be sealed and mailed and/or delivered to David DeFoy, Director of Purchasing, at the above address.  Specifications may be obtained beginning Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from the Purchasing Department at the above address or https://www.txkisd.net/departments/business-services/purchasing/request-for-proposals. Interested vendors may call (903) 794-3651 ext. 1028 for additional information.  Proposals must conform to specifications and will not be returned.  The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.  All rights reserved
