Request for Proposals Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department of the Texarkana Independent School District, 4241 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, Texas 75503 on an on-going basis until Tuesday, May 12, 2026 for: Building Material, Hardware, Supply, and Equipment Vendors Pool Equipment and Supply Vendors The Initial deadline is Tuesday, March 10, 2026 by 1:30 PM for evaluation and possible award at the March 2026 Board of Trustees regular meeting. All proposals must be sealed and mailed and/or delivered to David DeFoy, Director of Purchasing, at the above address.
