REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Altech, Inc. as the Construction Manager for Hooks ISDNew Gymnasium Project is accepting proposals for Plumbing on March 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Please contact Altech, Inc. fi you plan on bidding the project by emailing bids@altechinc.org or by telephone (903) 832-7096. Bid proposals may be submitted electronic to bids@altechinc.org or hand delivered to Altech, Inc., 8530 W. New Boston Road, Texarkana, TX 75501. Bid proposals will be opened privately and reviewed by the Owner and Architect. Once a proposal is accepted, all proposals will be made public. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be opened. Plans, specifications will be available by contacting Altech, Inc. @(903) 832-7096.
