REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS

TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-TEXARKANA 

ATHLETICS COMPLEX PROJECT

PROJECT NO. 22-3439

Altech, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk for Texas A&M University-Texarkana, is accepting sealed proposals from qualified subcontractors for the TAMUT Athletic Complex Project.

Work includes sitework, utilities, concrete, building construction, and related scopesin accordance with the plans and specifications.

Proposals are due March 13, 2026 at 2:00pm and may be submitted electronically to
bids@altechinc.org or delivered to Altech, Inc., 8530 W. New Boston Road, Texarkana, TX 75501.
