REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
TEXARKANA COLLEGE 
PURCHASING DEPARTMENT

Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department of Texarkana College, 2500 North Robison Road, Texarkana, Texas 75599 until 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 11, 2026, for the following item:

• RFQ# 26-09 Construction Manager At-Risk

Proposals must be received by 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 11, 2026. All proposals must be mailed and/or delivered to David Nguyen, Director of Purchasing, at the above address. Specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at the above address. Interested vendors may call (903) 823-3083 or email david.nguyen@texarkanacollege.edu for additional information.  Proposals must conform to specifications and will not be returned.  Texarkana College reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.  All rights reserved.
