PROCUREMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE & ENGINEERING SERVICESFOR APPLICATION PREPARATION AND GRANT CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION SERVICESCITY OF TIOGAThe City of Tioga plans to apply for the upcoming Texas Water Development Board Program (TWDB) Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant Implementation Program (WSIG). These services are being solicited to assist the City of Tioga in its application and administration of the TWDB WSIG contract, if awarded, to support eligible activities associated with the program in the City of Tioga. Accordingly, the City of Tioga is separately soliciting (A) proposals from Administrative Consultants  for Application Preparation and Project Administration and (B) statements of qualifications from Texas-Registered Engineers  to provide engineering services associated to application preparation and project implementation. Firms and/or individuals should have past experience with federally funded programs.Please electronically submit your proposal/statement of qualifications in .pdf format via email to DCarney@tiogatx.gov OR submit your proposal to the address below on a thumb drive OR submit 4 copies of your proposal of services/statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the following address: Attn: Donna Carney, City of Tioga, P.O.
